TO have and to = hold to the use of him the said Richard= Culeston his heirs and assigns fo= rever as by the deed of sale thereof made 3rd February 1602... which s= aid Bargain and ale was made known unto the said John Mounte... and= also the said deed of sale by the said = John Maston and Margaret his wi= fe before the said John Moune... confirmed  by the said John Mount...
