Feofment = by Thomas Hale of Flycham to William Kay= of Flycham, John Brewey of the same town their heirs and assigns of one acr= e of land laying divided in a field of F= lycham in a certain place called Gatton at Fonvepens (?) next the land late o= f Gregory Irminglond which is calle= d Inddeshedlond on the northern part= and the headland abuts north upon Tofte= gate and one rod of land lies at Bishopp= esheylond between the lands late of Richard = Bolt on the east part and the lands of a certain William Irmynglond on the west part and the headland abutts sou= th upon the lands late of William Bol= t, and one rod of land lies in length next tottegate near lands late of William Bolt on the southern part and abutts upon lands of a certain William Rine (?) t= owards the west which certain acre of land they held together with Thomas Lyon of Flycham now deceased by the gift of William Bo= lt of Flycham now deceased as a ce= rtain charter made and dated at Flycham on 7th November 1 Edward IV will show....to have and to hold of the chief lords of that fee etc....
